Cancellation Policy
We do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please, if you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, kindly respect our staff's valuable time and call or text before the 24-hour period expires. When using a Gift Card we do ask that you text a photo of the front and back of the Gift Card with all numbers clearly exposed to secure your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule please call or text within the 24-hour time period. If you do not show up or cancel or reschedule within this time period your gift card will be charged at the full scheduled service price. We schedule this time for your service and if you do not show up or cancel or reschedule our staff's time is unable to be filled. Everyone's time is valuable and we do hope that you understand.
