UpLift Spa
The entire spa is cleaned daily. Treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned and disinfected in between each client. Linens are washed after each use. Clients are welcome to wear a mask. Hand sanitizer and masks will be provided based on each clients’ comfort level.
An appointment is required for all visits and are booked directly on our website, or by calling the spa. All appointments required a either a a $50 deposit or a credit card on file for our cancellation policy. We ask that you come on time to your appointments, both to ensure a complete experience for yourself, and out of consideration for our providers and other clients. If you arrive late, we will try to accommodate you; however, your treatment will end on time, regardless of how late it began to avoid delaying the next client.
If you have an appointment, but are feeling sick or have been sick in the recent days leading up to your appointment, please call and let us know so we can reschedule you for another time. It is better for us to err on the side of caution and do not expose anyone by accident. Any client showing signs of illness will be allowed to cancel their appointment, without penalty, and can rebook no sooner than 1 week from the date of cancellation or upon providing a negative Covid test result.
Our day revolves around you so all appointments require a credit card to be scheduled. We understand that things happen so we humbly request that if you cannot make your appointment for any reason, you simply let us know 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a $50 late cancellation fee. If you fail to adhere to our cancellation policy, the $50 late cancellation fee will be charged to either your credit card on file, or to your pre-paid deposit.
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered and can be paid by credit card or payment plans with Cherry and Affirm. We do not take insurance. If you purchase a package, payment is expected during the first treatment. Sales tax on services and products is additional. The spa has a no refund policy. We greatly appreciate tips for a job well done. Gratuities are typically 18 - 20% of the retail service price.
