Radiance MedSpa
Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Radiance MedSpa. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our patients/clients and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future patients and clientele.
Services and treatments are available by appointment only. A nonrefundable deposit of $50 is required for new patients/clients in order to secure a time on our provider's schedule; this deposit goes towards your invoice.
Late cancellation and no-show fees apply for all appointments (please see below). Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for appointments to allow time for completing consent forms or other paperwork. If you are running late, as a courtesy, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you without disrupting other clients’ appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Follow up appointments are made in the best interest of the patient and the office. Should you state that you do not want a follow up appointment, we leave the patient responsible in informing our office should any concerns or complications arise.
Radiance MedSpa has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you please give us a 48-hour notice so we can make the time available for other patients/clients. We accept notice for cancellations and rescheduling appointments via phone, text, or email. Please note: our system will automatically text you before your appointment to provide you with ample time to either reschedule or cancel your appointment. We will also call you 1 day prior to confirm appointment if we have not received confirmation. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment may result in a loss of deposit or a $50 charge during your next appointment.
