Cancellation Policy

Individual client appointment cancellation

We require a 48-hour notice* for any appointment cancellation. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without notice, our service providers miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with guests awaiting services on our waiting list. Our appointments are confirmed, in advance, via email and text because we know how hectic day-to-day life can be for all of us. As stated in the Payment Terms and Conditions, any service canceled less than 48 hours before the appointment*, including weekends, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to your 25% deposit. For existing clients with a card on file, 25% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. As a gesture of understanding, we will only charge 25% of the service total to the card on file if this is your first cancellation with less than 48 hours notice.* Thereafter, we will charge 100% of the service total to the card on file. A missed appointment (a.k.a., a no-show) will result in 100% of the service total being charged to the card on file. As the cardholder booking or placing the deposit for individual or group services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Adara Spa’s Payment Terms and Conditions.
