Appointment & Booking

1. Appointment Booking and Prepayment: All appointments must be prepaid at the time of booking. For same-day appointments, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Off-day appointments (outside regular business hours) are subject to an additional fee. 2. Same-Day Appointment Deposit: A deposit is required for same-day bookings to confirm the slot. This deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from the total service charge. 3. Over the phone appointment: There will be a $20 discount when you book your appointment online. You will pay the reg rate over the phone, text, email or DM.

Spa Etiquette

1. Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the appointments of other clients. Late arrival may reduce the length of your treatment, but the full service fee will still apply. 2. Cancellation Policy: We require full payment for cancellations. To avoid this charge, please notify us at least [Specify Time] hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 3. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service.

Discounts

Discounts or special offers cannot be combined. Only one discount or promotion can be applied per service.
