Please be mindful of this sacred exchange. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within 4 hours prior to your session time by text, phone or email. We completely understand that things come up. If you must cancel or reschedule inside the 4 hour window, you will be assessed a re-booking fee to honor your facilitator and this time they have reserved especially for you.
All appointments begin and end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. If the treatment does not start on time, your session will be reduced accordingly.
