I had a wonderful nail tech who not only patiently waited for me to decide color and design, but was great company through the entire process. Not to mention the quality of work was great. Nails have been relatively chip free after almost a month of wear. Highly recommend!

I was visiting family and my mom told me I had to try this place. Opted for an aromatherapy massage and jet lag facial. The front desk employee was friendly. I put my stuff in a locker and changed into a robe. My massage therapist helped me pick out a fragrance and then proceeded to eliminate any tension in my muscles. My facial with Olga was next. I was already relaxed so it took about 90 seconds for me to fall asleep in the chair, even with her touching my face, neck, shoulders, and arms! Whatever products they use smell amazing, some were a soft floral fragrance but most smelled like citrus. This will be one of my stopping points any time I'm visiting Ohio!

Went for mani/pedi's with my 10 year old- we were both in heaven! They were so patient with her and treated her like a princess. We both left feeling like amazing.

The team customer service starts from the phone call when making reservations they are always professional & polite. When you come in for your services your Greeted with that same professionalism. The staff is always polite and gives an
all-around great experience from the time you walk in until the time you leave, which is 1 of the many reasons I've continued to come here.

Ellie did my wedding hair and it could not have been more perfect! She did exactly what I was looking for, gave great tips during the trial (I have very thin hair and needed a little extra 'hair sponge'). I am so grateful for her! (it also stayed perfectly all night!) There's also a great set up in the Spa for bridesmaids to relax and wait their turn to get their hair done! Also can't beat the views - at the arcade.

I had the best experience at this amazing spa. We selected this spa to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary and we had the massage done by Cydnie and she was amazing, then I had the facial done by Olga, probably one of the best facial I ever had in my life. I had a nice little chat with the owner of the spa and she was so down to earth and amazing!! Thank you all to making our anniversary the most memorable one!!
