We must have a major credit card or Marengo Luxury Spa Gift Certificate number to guarantee all reservations.
We invite you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment to utilize the facilities and prepare for your treatment. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end on time regardless of when you begin.
Because your spa and salon services are reserved for you, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. The value of your service will be charged at 100 percent for all cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice.
Gift certificates are transferable but non-refundable. Our certificates are like currency and can be used by anyone who presents them. You must present your certificate to receive your services. If you forget your certificate, you can receive services if we imprint your credit card. We will charge your account if we do not receive your certificate within two weeks of your visit.
